[HELP] Private Server Empty [HELP] Private Server

Okay , so I managed to go to localhost/phpmyadmin and I imported eatl_db then adjust the I.P

But , when I go to localhost/game , it gives me white screen , I download default.php and renamed it to index.php (just as what MayeshRul told me) then placed it to the designated folder. And when I tried it again , it gives me the white screen?Any help on how I can deal with this problem , I will upload images soon , for now , I need help.
